With a decisive entry into the business vertical of Yacht Crew Travel in 2015, Travel Cue, a company established since 2011 decided to embark on a company rebranding exercise in 2017 in order to achieve a much needed synchronisation with Travel Cue’s message and what we stand for.
Our new look and feel unveiled at the beginning of 2018 and encapsulates our mission towards delivering what we promise with high service levels and a growing level of customer connections transcending geographical boarders worldwide. Our brand reenforces our decisive, strong, and incontrol nature, while giving you that sense of reassurance, comfort and reliability.
Coordinating the intricate travel details for clients in a high demand environment such as Yachting requires precision in understanding not only the industry, but each specific yacht and their purpose.
This allows for speedy execution; a quality highly necessary within travel for the yachting industry.
Through our re-branding, we were able to communicate our ability to smart source fares and global availability, including specialist marine fares for the yacht market. This scope is an integral part of
who we are, what we believe in and the resultant customer experience.
Through our rebranding, we are finally able to communicate to the industry the qualities we have embodied from day one; Genuine Care, Professionalism and Commitment. From here, we aim to use our new look to further communicate and emphasise on the value we deliver to our customers through the experience of quality service, only achieved by the combined experience exceeding 40 years within this dynamic industry.
